Copy File Access Details

The customer access link and any contact email addresses associated with Microsoft accounts have been copied to the clipboard. These details must be manually sent to the customer via email.

Create Temporary Account

Selecting OK will create a temporary Microsoft account for a customer. This should be done for customers who do not have a Microsoft account AND who need to view and download files. (A seperate account is required for each customer contact who requires access to files.)

New Temporary Account

The below new temporary account has been created (see details below). Click "Copy & Close" to copy the customer access link, new account and temporary password to your clipboard for use in the customer email. To enable customer access, this account must be manually added to case contacts.
